An invoice check is only as good as the rules behind it, and rules are national. That is why we open one country at a time.

Why we cannot just add a language

A new market needs sourced local rules and a verified document flow as well as translated wording. The Swedish pilot does not establish support in another country.

A translated app that runs Swedish rules on a German invoice would give confident answers that are wrong. So a market is always one package of three parts, and we never ship part of it.

  1. A rule packEvery check written down as data, with the authority source for each one, and a review date after which it stops being trusted.
  2. The pages that explain itThe questions people already type into a search engine, answered honestly, in that country's language.
  3. The name and the wordingThe store name, the subtitle and every string in the language people actually search in. In Sweden the app is called Kollaoffert for exactly this reason.

What the Swedish pilot checks

The pilot compares row sums, VAT and totals for supported Swedish tradespeople’s documents. A document outside scope is rejected before checks, with no partial answer.

What is national is the layer on top: which details an invoice must legally carry, which deductions exist, and what you can ask for when the bill is not itemised. Without a checked rule pack we say so plainly rather than guess.

Coming soon to iPhone and iPad

Kollaoffert is a private Swedish pilot. The app is not in the App Store yet and no launch date has been set.

Sweden is the first planned market. The UK is not open yet. Android and document reviews in the browser are not offered in this phase.
